Throwback Thursday ~ DIY Fitness Routine Board

It's a new year which means it's time for us all to workout (at least for a month or so!) Here's a throwback of a great DIY fitness routine board.

 When it comes to working out, I can't do the same thing everyday. I get so bored with the same old workout, so I like to mix it up when I can. Rather than trying to think of a routine off the top of my head, I created a routine board with interchangeable routines that I keep in my workout room.

To do this, I simply used an old picture frame. Then I inserted craft paper and used some stickers. I put a piece of velcro on the board and velcro on each individual, laminated, workout sheet. Now all I do is grab a routine at random, slap it on my board, and get to sweating!

Print out and laminate a few of your favorite workout routines.
