DIY Posters

My mom introduced me to an awesome website called wordle. Basically, you type in any words you want. The website then scrambles the words into fun shapes, designs, and color palates, all of which can be adjusted. You can then print them and frame them for cute decor! Below are just some examples. The
possibilities are endless!

Garage Insulation

The rules at our house go a little something like this: I decorate the interior and my husband is in charge of the garage. He takes his garage duties very seriously and the garage is always immaculate, so I can't complain! Last weekend he decided to insulate the garage. Insulation helps keep the garage cool during summer and warm during winter. It also eliminates sound and looks nice. In a little over an hour, he completed our three car garage. I was impressed was the ease of the installation process.

Headlight Repair

Reason #9,278,837,410,284 why I love my husband: He can fix anything and everything! My car headlights had fallen victim of oxidation from the sun and  become extremely foggy and discolored. He used a 3M Headlight Restoration Kit (only $20) and fixed it in 5 minutes! The kit provides everything and comes with detailed instruction.  Needless to say, I was impressed.

Here is the step by step process:

Before:
Step 1: Wipe off lens and mask around it.Sand surface with provided pad.
Step 2: Wipe down surface.
Step 3: Sand one last time with even finer sand paper. Then buff with buffing pad.
Finished Product! Crystal clear!
SO happy with the outcome! Great job hubby!
