Crock Pot Veggie Soup

Nothing makes me happier than a delicious soup on a cold day! This soup hits the spot every time!




Ingredients:

-3 summer squash
-4 zucchini
-diced onion
-2 cups cherry tomatoes
-1/2 cup dry white beans
-1 cup water
-4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
-1 cup pasta sauce
-1/2 cup pasta
-salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 

1. Wash squashes well and slice.
2. Add all items (except pasta) in crock pot.
3. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.
4. The last 20 minutes, stir pasta into crock pot.
5. Enjoy!
