Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

Salsa Crock Pot Chicken 

 

This simple recipe packs a big punch of flavor. Can't ever go wrong with a crock pot recipe! When I made this, the chicken almost pulled apart by itself which was perfect for leftover tacos!

Ingredients:
-frozen chicken (I used chicken tenders but breasts work too.)
-1 can salsa
-1 package of taco seasoning
-1 1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
-shredded cheese to liking

Directions:
1. Place chicken, salsa, and taco seasoning in crock pot. 
2. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. 
3. The last ten minutes, add cream cheese. Garnish with cheese and enjoy over rice, in a burrito, etc!
