Health Iphone Apps.

I wanted to share my two favorite fitness apps with you today. The first app is Map My Run. It's free and is great for tracking your runs, walks, bike rides, etc. It shows your route, how far you ran, your speed, heart rate, and so many more things. I never run without it!

The second app is My Fitness Pal. This app is so helpful for tracking calories. It has most foods and brands in the system, all you do is type in what you ate, and it will calculate how many calories you consumed. It's a very simple and easy food journal and also tracks your weight, exercise journal, and allows you to share your progress with others.
